![]() It is a real Joy and honor to be a part of your Ministry in Bulgaria, God is working in you and through you, He has gifted and equipped you for the job he has called you to do. Since my visit two years ago and coming back to Bulgaria now, I feel your ministry has expanded greatly, your hard work and perseverance is paying off. So encouraging to see the youth speaking clear English, I thank God for your obedience and perseverance. Thank you for letting us be a part of one of the Bible study groups. We were very encouraged to see the teacher side of you, Chance, as you taught with such clarity. I thank God for your lives, I have seen how you put others needs before your own needs, God will reward you for all your hard work. Rani Landa England

![]() My mission trip to Bulgaria was a wonderful experience in every way. The Galloway family is so gifted as missionaries, as representatives of God’s love for others, as hosts and communicators. As a team, we spent the majority of our time conducting VBS for the Roma children. We visited three Roma villages and taught Bible stories, made crafts, and led the children in praise and worship. The children were so affectionate, even only having known us for a few days, and in some cases a few hours. One day we took the children out in the country on a picnic and played games. I was shocked to find that, for some, it was the first time they had ventured outside the walls of their village! We also attended several Roma church services and a youth service. The pinnacle of our trip was accompanying twelve of the Roma churches on a picnic beside a small river in the mountains. There was praise and worship, some spoken word, and a number of baptisms in the river. It was a beautiful experience on so many levels. We also enjoyed some great food and had a little time for hiking along the river, which ended in a breathtaking view of the gorge. Throughout our ten-day trip, the Galloways organized our activities so that we had a little down time to visit a monastery in the mountains, walk around the village, and visit a Turkish bath. The work the Galloways are doing within the Roma community is difficult to convey in words. They have made tremendous inroads with the Roma and Bulgarian citizens. As you would expect, the success of their work depends on the strength of their relationships, and they’ve taken great care to lay a foundation built on mutual trust and respect. While we were there, they were just working to finalize a deal to purchase a few acres of land to begin producing food for a Food Pantry they were establishing and also as a vehicle to provide jobs for the Roma. They have invested in the people and the community. They’ve put their boots on the ground, planted their roots deep, and the fruits of their labor are souls being saved. This translates into a lost nation of hopeless people now seeing that there is hope. Their lives have value, they are loved, and they are children of God. As they understand these truths, they realize they are more than what society has told them, and they develop the courage and vision to reach beyond what is inside the walls of their village. I can’t say enough good things about my experience in Bulgaria. The Galloways and the Roma people are as beautiful as their country. (And the food was delicious too!) I’m afraid the Galloways have spoiled me for any other mission trip and I hope to return again. Kathy Latimer ![]() In November as I travelled with the Galloways to 10 different locations in 10 days, I saw the depth, integrity and effectiveness of their 4 years of sacrificial service in Bulgaria. They have built such a solid foundation, and it is very apparent that the people genuinely trust, honor, love and are impacted by their ministry. The Galloways live, and teach the true Gospel in an area that desperately needs to know the truth instead of dead religious tradition. This ministry is not haphazard in its approach but is intentional, Spirit led, and Kingdom-minded. They are tirelessly sowing into and encouraging both present and future leaders, equipping and mentoring, facilitating reconciliation and unity. I was so honored to partner with them just briefly in this great harvest field. Beverly Fleming ![]() The Galloway Family, led by Chance and Dee Dee are truly models of being effective missionaries in our world today. Having spent several days in Kyustendil, Bulgaria with this family, I was able to see first hand how they approach ministry and the tremendous impact they are having in the city of and region for the Kingdom of God. Walking with them thru the local market I observed Bulgarians greeting them with such joy and Chance and Dee Dee responding (in the language of the people) with embraces while asking about their families and situations. It is obvious that the Galloways have taken the time to get to know the people that they are with. In the ministry settings that I was blessed to be a part of, the Word of God was presented with power and clarity that is resulting in life change to both the people of Bulgaria and the Galloway family. This is confirmed by the rapid multiplication of church plants that is happening in the city and region. It is amazing what our Lord has done in the short time since he called this family to leave all that they had here in the US and move to a place that they did not know. They have given themselves totally to the call from God. I would highly recommend supporting this ministry financially and partnering with them by sending missions teams to come alongside them. Derrick Shields Executive Pastor Christ Community Church Columbus, GA ![]() I was blessed to be able to spend a week with Chance and Dee Dee in November 2013 whilst on a mission trip. While we were with them, they took our team to a number of Roma churches, where we could see a few of the lives that they are ministering the love of God into. It is certainly not an easy mission field to be in, constantly being faced with the poverty, both material and emotional, that many of the Bulgarian and Roma gypsy people live in. Yet Chance and Dee Dee have such a love for these precious people, who are no less the children of God than anyone else. The grace of God is hard at work in these communities, bringing freedom to those who are often held captive by the prejudice of others, as well as strict legalism in the churches. Chance and Dee Dee are bringing the liberty of God through Christ to them through discipleship programs as well as support and outreach for some of the Roma children, who often struggle in school, giving them a greater chance at life. Bulgaria is a country with many issues, which has had a difficult past, but God’s message of love and acceptance to and of all through Jesus can, and is, changing that. By partnering with Chance and Dee Dee you would be enabling them to meet the needs of more of these people, both physically, but more importantly emotionally and spiritually as well. Chance and Dee Dee just love on everyone they meet, and that is the greatest gift we can give anyone. They are an inspiration and a blessing, and you can help them continue to be just that to the people of Bulgaria by partnering with them. God bless you all, Giles |
